Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Alitech. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item has been successfully collected and inspected, the refund process will be initiated. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of collection for the refund to be credited to your original payment method. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed, the product will no longer be eligible for return or replacement through us.

However, the product will still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, as per the terms and conditions provided by the brand. After the 7-day period, customers can directly contact the authorized service centers for warranty support.

Warranty services are available across India, and support will be provided in accordance with the product’s warranty guidelines

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns made after the 7-day return window


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
